They did well when a Owen lost his stuffed tiger Hobbes. While the boy was on vacation for a week Hobbes got to tour the airport and they made a photobook of his adventures. When Calvin (not his real name) returned from vacation he was reunited with Hobbes and wild shenanigans ensued. (I can’t confirm that last sentence, that is pure speculation.)

Tampa airport has really revived itself in the past 5 years. It was a sad airport before, but now it is getting the attention it deserves. They even added more international flights so you don’t have to goto Atlanta. Great story.

Was just at Tampa airport on Sunday evening. Thunderstorms delayed my flight like three freaking hours. All in all, Tampa is one of my favorite airports. Not too much food selection unfortunately (Starbucks/Quiznos/Pizza Hut/Smoothies) but getting to and from the gate is a breeze.
